If you are selected for an employment offer at Robins AFB, you will receive an tentative offer letter by mail or email. You will be instructed to complete and submit some or all of the forms listed below.
You may print them, complete them by hand, and return them. You may electronically edit them and return them. You may return them by email, fax (478-926-8722 or -8723), or mail to the address provided with the tentative offer letter.

1. Relocation Assistance Forms

2. Selective Service Letter (Males born after 1/31/1959 only)
3. SF-1199A (Direct Deposit)
6. Withholding tax and Benefit Enrollment Forms
7. SF-86 (Security Clearance Application).

The main instructions are located on the cover page of the form. Please consult with the assigned point of contact at the Robins Employment Office if you need assistance. YOU MUST COMPLY WITH EACH OF THESE ITEMS!! FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN DELAYS OR TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT!!
